Active Warrant Search in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania

Lehigh County arrest warrants are generally regarded as public information, but not entirely, under Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure (Pa.R.Crim.P. 513 and Pa.R.Crim.P. 513.1 ). In order to avoid spooking a suspect and to prevent interference with law enforcement activity, active arrest warrants are generally non-public. Conversely, if the subject of the warrant has been arrested, the warrant associated with the arrest typically becomes public information.
